Happy Holidays Burbank Families:
Winter holidays are right around the corner, and we hope that you enjoy time with family and friends. This is also a good time to reflect on this past year, and look forward to a happy new year 2022. As we enter the flu season, please remember that we are also still fighting COVID-19 and hope that you continue to be safe, and healthy!

2nd CUP OF COFFEE
Please join the principal and assistant principal Wednesday, January 5th at 10:00am for an informal chat and a second cup of coffee via Zoom. See attached flier for details.
VIRTUAL FAMILY READ ALOUD
It is that time of the year again when we enjoy our hot chocolate and read aloud with our families. Unfortunately, we can’t all be together in person, but will continue our tradition virtually.

We know that it has been challenging not being able to come on campus and search for your child’s lost items. However, we have created a Virtual Lost and Found section on our Burbank website at www.burbank.husd.us where you can find pictures of items that have been lost and are trying to find their way back home. More details will be available on our website soon.
We are now accepting proof of vaccination for your child/ren. Please fill out this form and upload your child’s card. If you have any question please contact our family engagement specialist Ms. Melgoza at am750@husd.k12.ca.us or (510)545-2457

Las vacaciones de invierno ya casi están aquí y esperamos que disfruten de su tiempo con sus familias y amigos. Este también es un buen momento para reflexionar sobre el año pasado y esperar un feliz año nuevo 2022. Es esa época del año en la que disfrutamos de nuestro chocolate caliente y leemos en voz alta con nuestras familias. Desafortunadamente, no podemos estar todos juntos en persona, pero continuaremos nuestra tradición virtualmente.

PERDIDOS Y ENCONTRADOS VIRTUALES
Sabemos que ha sido un desafío no poder entrar dentro de la escuela y buscar los artículos perdidos de su hijo/a. Sin embargo, hemos creado una sección Virtual Lost and Found en nuestro sitio web de Burbank en www.burbank.husd.us donde puede encontrar imágenes de artículos que se han perdido y están tratando de encontrar el camino de regreso a casa. Los detalles se encuentran en la página de nuestro sitio web.
